Oh if only houses could tell stories.......

Stanton Hall- We didn't tour this one, as
we had already toured it a couple of years ago


Ravennaside- This wasn't an Ante-bellum home.
It was built in 1902 but I thought it was really pretty


Dunleith, Circa 1856- This one was really neat. I'll include
more pictures of the interior soon. This is the only mansion we
toured while we were there.


These stairs are from 17--. The ladies used
them to step out of their carriages. I guess that
tells you how solid marble is. It's been out in the wind
and rain all these years and didn't look any more
shabby than most of the houses that have been built in the last
50 years.
