My First Shiner

Micah was sitting happily in the livingroom playing when Lissy came into the kitchen (where I was) swinging
a plastic baby toy around. She got bored so she headed out. The next thing I knew Micah was screaming bloody murder. I ran into the livingroom and he was just sitting there screaming and I looked at
Lissy(who had a guilty look on her face) and told her to leave him alone. Not knowing what had happened(but thinking it had something to do with the swinging toy, I picked him up and carried him around with me for the next few minutes. I looked at him when I started talking to him and low and behold there was this little welt and bruise starting to show up. I left the tear for effect.
